Job Requirements:

Experienced cabinetmaker, joiner, or shopfitter to work on residential and commercial projects/Installation sub-contractor
Located in Dubbo - a rapidly growing regional city 4.5 hours from Sydney in NSW (Australia) (https://youtu.be/rTPZDcsEXx4).
Stable employment with an attractive hourly rate, monthly RDO, and overtime or sub-contractor rates
Remuneration will be based on experience for a full-time role

Kitchen & Renovation Concepts is an award-winning medium-sized regional joinery manufacturing and installation business with a team of 35 employees (see www.krc.com.au).

Your tasks will include:
For a full-time role:

All facets of manufacturing and installing detailed joinery - kitchens and commercial, and residential cabinetry.
Assembly of cabinetry and checking of work for quality assurance.
Reading shop drawings and ensuring accurate processing of materials.
An installation role would include some factory work but would also involve on-site skills such as the installation of cabinetry, benchtops, and associated joinery.
Adhering to all work health and safety (WHS) best practices.

For a sub-contractor role: A suitable agreed rate for an installation role.

To be successful in this position, you will have:

Trade qualification or experience in this field.
A driver's license and a construction White Card.
High attention to detail.
Be able to work autonomously and within a team environment with a great work attitude.

For a full-time position, remuneration will be based on experience. Above award may be paid to suitably experienced candidates.

Dubbo is a growing regional centre with a population of about 50,000. It offers good educational and medical facilities as well as affordable housing.
